Porter Reed

To say this has been a big year for Porter would be a huge understatement. So much has happened for this little guy it is crazy to think it all happened in one year. Some highlights are he turned three, which involved his first four wheeling outing with his Grandpa and Dad. He also attended the Toddler lab here at BYU-Idaho and now is attending preschool here at Midway Elementry. The most amazing thing is that he did not brake a bone in his body or need stitches this year. I am not sure how we pulled that off because as you all know he is one incredibly active kid but somehow we managed. This has also been a hard year for Porter. We found out this year that he is having some developmental delays that have also helped us learn about some medical problems. So he has spent the majority of the year involved in all kinds of therapies and treatments. We are so proud of how hard he is working and how he is moving along. Mostly we are just glad that Porter is still the kid who loves life and is happy to be doing it all. It has been fun for him to gain some language this year and hear some of the wonderful things he thinks about. He too is excited about being a big brother again but is a little impatient for the baby to come home.
